We are looking for a get the right person on the bus for our Service Delivery Manger role - one that gets, wants it, and has the capacity to do it!

As the Service Delivery Manager, you ensure clients receive the best attention from a team of engaged technicians who are eager to help. Communication, collaboration, and empowering others are your go-to tools as a dynamic leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setup goals, and crush them!
  • Demonstrate outstanding client service
  • Lead team members in their daily activities by fostering a collaborative and trusting environment through effective and open communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule team members to meet project goals
  • Provide Metrics Reporting on Rocks (goals) and Score Card items, such as service delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, etc.
  • Ensure support processes, procedures and standards are being followed.
  • Work with the technical team to identify training requirements and skills gaps within the team
  • Cultivate a motivated and encouraging team environment.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of technical staff performance including hiring, terminations, coaching, performance appraisals, change management, disciplinary functions, job description review and pay changes
  • Accurately prioritize client requests; identifying technical and pre-sales requests that require escalation
  • Identifying areas for improvement in our processes and procedures – Offer solutions where possible

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Positive, energetic management style
  • Able to engage and motivate team members through leadership and performance management
  • Performance and metrics oriented
  • High customer service skills and abilities
  • Must be fluent in English and able to manage both verbal and written communications in a professional, customer-minded manner.
  • Execute a high degree of independent thinking and judgment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of Team Lead or Management Experience
  • Clear criminal record check
  • Technical experience is an asset but not required
